委内瑞拉石油的国际法律问题

　　美国袭击委内瑞拉后，美国总统特朗普在随后的记者招待会上花费大量时间谈论委国的石油资源和美国企业在该国的投资，他特别强调：　　

“我们将让美国非常庞大的石油公司——世界上最大的石油公司——进驻委内瑞拉，投入数十亿美元，修复严重受损的石油基础设施，并开始为该国创造收益。” ( “We’re going to have our very large United States oil companies, the biggest anywhere in the world, go in, spend billions of dollars, fix the badly broken infrastructure, the oil infrastructure, and start making money for the country” )
