同性婚姻合法化判决的义理之辩

　　2015年6月26日，美国联邦最高法院在Obergefell v. Hodges一案中，判定同性婚姻在全美合法化。这一判决要求，美国所有的州都必须允许同性恋结婚并发放结婚证，州与州之间相互承认彼此的同性婚姻登记效力（The Fourteenth Amendment requires a State to license a marriage between two people of the same sex and to recognize a marriage between two people of the same sex when their marriage was lawfully licensed and performed out-of-State）。
